What is the difference between evergreen designs and drops?
Evergreen designs stay available year-round. Drops are experimental, made-to-order releases sold only during a clearly stated ordering window. Each Drop page shows its closing date and time. When the window closes, purchasing ends and the design moves to the archive. A closed Drop may not return.
Are the shirts produced to order?
Yes. Each shirt is produced after an order is placed, which helps avoid unnecessary inventory.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size information on the product page and compare the garment measurements with a shirt that already fits you well.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Because production can begin quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production.
How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation sent to the email used at checkout.
